Casey Cowell has a robust background in both the fitness and real estate industries. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 1997, Casey served as the Personal Training Director at Crunch from 2003 to 2008. Subsequently, Casey founded and operated Bodywork SF from June 2008 until August 2021. In August 2021, Casey transitioned to the role of Partner Agent at The Haven Group SF, continuing until June 2024, and then began a new position as a Real Estate Agent at Compass in January 2024.
