Chip Marks

Chip Marks is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Compass since May 2020 and previously at Bond New York from July 2013 to May 2020, where recognition was received as a member of Bond Producer's Club multiple times. Prior to that, Chip held the position of Vice President Sales at Bellmarc Realty, having been promoted from Senior Sales Associate, and gained skills in customer needs analysis. In earlier roles, Chip was Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Nicourt Apparel, driving global deals and launching merchandise design companies, and also worked in television as an Associate Producer and Freelance Producer/Writer for prominent networks, including Viacom and Court TV. Chip earned a B.A. in Anthropology from The New School after attending Muhlenberg College.
