Chris Winalski is the Head of Procurement at Compass, where they lead efforts to transform and scale procurement operations to support company growth. Previously, Chris served as COO and General Counsel at Eze Castle Integration, and held various leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, Liquidnet, Insight Sourcing Group, and Mitchell Madison Group. Alongside their professional endeavors, Chris is currently pursuing multiple degrees, including a Juris Doctor and a Master of Studies in Law & Policy from Vermont Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. They also contribute content to Procurement Foundry, a global community for procurement professionals.
