CJ Shaffer

CJ Shaffer is a real estate professional and founder of KURB Group at Compass, operating in the Westlake Hills, Lakeway, and Tarrytown segments of Austin and focusing on relocations from major U.S. cities. They previously served as Director at Wyndham Destinations (2014–2020), where they led regional and national sales initiatives, managed B2B sales lifecycles, and implemented a SaaS platform at the executive level. Earlier, they founded Elysium Era LLC (2011–2017) as Director of Sales, developing a branding and sales process that secured contracts with MGM International, Nikki Beach, Tiesto, Caesars Entertainment, and Hard Rock, among others. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management from the University of South Carolina-Columbia (2005–2009).
