Collyn Wainwright

Collyn Wainwright is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as Sales Manager for Parks-Compass at Pilkerton Realtors since January 2025. Prior to this role, Collyn was a Real Estate Broker at Pilkerton Realtors from August 2021 to February 2025 and held multiple positions, including Principal Broker and Director of Relocation, at Village Real Estate from January 2014 to August 2021. Collyn's career began in property management and client services as a Licensed Assistant at Rasberry CRE from May 2007 to April 2008, following a diverse background in print production management within various advertising agencies from 1991 to 2006. Collyn returned to real estate after a five-year hiatus, motivated by a passion for helping newcomers discover Nashville, backed by a Marketing degree from the University of Denver.
