Dan Marrello is a Senior Managing Director and Broker of Record at Compass, bringing over 20 years of real estate sales and management experience. With thousands of closed transactions, they have demonstrated a tenacious work ethic and enthusiasm that benefits both clients and agents alike. Dan draws on their extensive background, including over 15 years as a Senior Managing Director at another leading NYC brokerage and managing a roster of top agents. They hold a BS in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and have successfully opened four boutique fitness studios in NYC. Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys snowboarding, travel, and fitness.
