Daniel Hershkowitz

Daniel Hershkowitz, Esq. serves as the Senior Director of Risk Management at TheAGENCY in California since June 2023. Previously, Daniel held the position of Director of Risk Management for Northern CA at Compass from August 2018, where responsibilities included supporting the company’s agents in marketing and selling properties. Daniel's career also includes experience as a real estate broker, attorney, consultant, and expert witness specializing in residential real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area while working at Vanguard Properties from January 2012 to July 2018. Additionally, Daniel was the owner of Scholarship Homes and Real Estate from 2003 to 2011 and has an educational background with a JD from Golden Gate University, School of Law and a BS in Business from the University at Albany.
