Dave Crosby

Dave Crosby is the SVP and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Compass, bringing extensive experience in data and analytics transformation. Previously, they held roles at Microsoft, where they served as a Senior Director and received the Microsoft Circle of Excellence Award in 2017. They also worked as an Executive Director at The Ensign Group and held analytical positions at the State of Utah Department of Commerce and IBM. Dave earned an MBA and a B.S. in Finance Marketing from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
