David Worters is the founding principal and broker/agent at Compass Raleigh, where they have played a pivotal role in establishing COMPASS North Carolina. With extensive experience in the arts, they served as President & CEO of the North Carolina Symphony and President & Executive Director of the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra.
