Prior to joining Compass in 2016, Doug worked as a luxury real estate broker at Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty from 1999 to 2016 and served as a sales broker at Hyatt Vacation Ownership from 1997 to 1999. Doug graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and was on the Dean's List.
