Edelino Chen

Edelino Chen has a diverse background in real estate and housing development, with experience spanning multiple roles in various organizations. Starting as a Low-Income Housing Program Intern at South of Market Community Action Network, Edelino contributed to the design of a Rent Control Map for low-income tenants. Following this, Edelino worked at Abode Services as a Housing Development Assistant, supporting project development and funding processes. Edelino's career progressed through positions as a Real Estate Advisor at Flyhomes and a Real Estate Consultant at CENTURY 21®, where recognition as a Master Awards Producer was achieved. Currently serving as a Real Estate Specialist at Compass, Edelino also has prior experience as a Project Assistant at Bayview Development Group Inc. and as a Real Estate Appraisal Intern at Expedia Appraisal. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of San Francisco and a property development degree from the University of Melbourne.
