Elliot Small

Elliot Small is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Starting as a Senior Real Estate Consultant at Homescout Realty from June 2008 to February 2012, Elliot assisted over 400 clients in real estate transactions and managed a team of agents, achieving "Agent of the Month" recognition multiple times. As a Business Development Manager at Home Partners of America from December 2012 to March 2018, Elliot oversaw the acquisition of over 8,000 properties and developed essential national brokerage relationships while leading training seminars. Elliot later served as Director of Sales and Marketing at 3F Properties, and then transitioned to become a Real Estate Broker at @properties until February 2022, before taking on a current role as a Real Estate Broker with Compass. Elliot holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Operations Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
