Eric Bixler

Eric Bixler is a results-driven Multi-Market Manager with over six years of management experience in multi-unit retail environments. They currently serve as the Director of Marketing for The Joe Carbone Team at Compass, where they create and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand strength and client engagement. Previously, as a District Manager at WIS International, Eric managed daily operations and developed sales plans to increase profitability. Eric has also held positions such as Senior Loss Prevention Investigator and Operations Manager at Academy Sports + Outdoors, where they focused on asset protection and team training. They are pursuing further education at Colorado State University Global.
