Prior to their role at Compass, Gary served as the Executive Vice President - Managing Director at a prominent Manhattan firm and earned industry accolades including Rookie of the Year in their first year in real estate. They began their career in sports management at IMG, scouting and signing young tennis talents. Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from New York University and an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
