Harrison McWilliams

Harrison McWilliams is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate and military operations, currently serving as the Regional Director of the Compass Military Division since February 2023, where leadership skills are employed to guide a team of realtors focused on providing exceptional services to service members and veterans. Prior to this role, Harrison was a Broker Associate at Fathom Realty from May 2021 to February 2023, achieving recognition as a top producer within the organization. Harrison's extensive career also includes five years as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, managing critical cyber portfolios for Air Force Space Command and the United States Space Force, as well as various financial management roles within the United States Air Force, demonstrating expertise in resource management, financial analysis, and client services. Harrison holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
