Harry Rickards

Harry Rickards is a Boston-based software engineer currently working as a Staff Engineer at Compass. With extensive experience in building, architecting, planning, and maintaining modern applications across the stack, Harry previously served as a Principal Software Engineer and Team Lead at American Well and as a Senior Software Engineer at Amida Technology Solutions, where they designed and maintained health data transformation pipelines. Harry also has a background in freelance work, developing web and mobile applications, and has interned in machine learning and participated in student research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Harry is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with Computer Science at MIT.
