Iris Lichtman

Iris Lichtman currently holds the position of Senior Deputy General Counsel at Compass. Prior to joining Compass, Iris held roles as Interim Co-General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, as well as a Corporate Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP. Iris graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and obtained their J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Iris's responsibilities at Compass include managing legal teams supporting litigation, employment, regulatory matters, and advising senior leaders on strategic transactions and key business decisions.
