Jaime Garcia is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and security. Currently, Jaime serves as the Head of Enterprise Technology at Compass since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jaime held positions such as Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Yext and Director of IT Operations at Cooler Screens Inc. Notably, Jaime contributed as Director of IT Mergers & Acquisitions during Salesforce's acquisition of CloudCraze, enhancing B2B commerce capabilities for global companies. Jaime's background includes significant roles at Burwood Group, Accenture, Castle Metals, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, MB Financial Bank, and Popular Bank, complemented by a degree from Northwestern College.
