Jamie Mathieu

Jamie Mathieu is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Broker at ELEETE Real Estate and as the Founder, COO, and Realtor® of The Mathieu Group of Compass, Jamie has successfully scaled a real estate business that has completed over 125 transactions totaling more than $67 million in sales. Jamie previously owned and led Harbor Bea Properties, LLC, specializing in single-family rental investments. Prior experience at Nike involved significant contributions to global supply chain innovation, where Jamie managed teams and played a pivotal role in implementing large-scale systems. Beginning a career at the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Jamie demonstrated early leadership skills by coordinating successful fundraising events. Jamie holds an MBA from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
