Jennifer Ohlman

Jennifer Ohlman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and business development across various industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Growth Manager at Compass, Jennifer focuses on enterprise accounts in Southwest Florida. Previously, Jennifer held roles such as Enterprise Account Executive at Thentia, Director of Business Development at Unify Consulting, and Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at both Solar Simplified and Eligo Energy. Jennifer co-founded Vallt, a luxury vacation rental management company, and has also served as a Senior Consultant at Huron Consulting Group and a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte. Jennifer is fluent in Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Economics, and Spanish from NYU Stern School of Business, along with additional educational experiences at Università Bocconi, Harvard University, and NYU in Madrid.
