Julia Hoagland

Julia Hoagland is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning engineering, real estate, and finance. Beginning as an Electrical Engineer at Honeywell, Inc. from 1991 to 1993, Julia designed and implemented Distributed Control Systems for petrochemical plants. Transitioning into finance, Julia held various roles including Underwriter and Assistant Vice President at Centre Reinsurance Company, and served as Vice President of Marketing/Underwriting at Ace Capital Group, where responsibilities included structuring and marketing CBOs and CLOs. Julia later became the Director of Marketing at Gerling, focusing on national and international partnerships, before founding JH Advisors, LLC and the Julia Hoagland Team. As a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens and Compass Inc., Julia connects sellers and buyers with expert agents globally. Julia holds an education in business from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
