Katherine Hogan is the Broker and Principal of The Reside Group at COMPASS, having built a diverse real estate career that began in New York City in 2004. After nine years with Douglas Elliman, Katherine relocated to Maine, where they acquired a broker license and opened their own agency before merging with COMPASS in 2023. Katherine is also the founder of the Never Forget Project and has served on the Board of Directors for The Center for Grieving Children. Currently, Katherine is actively involved in the community and is passionate about travel, design, and architecture, while residing in Falmouth Foreside with their family.
