Keith Gales

Keith Gales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing agent experiences and product expertise. Since June 2018, Gales has held various roles at Compass, currently serving as Senior Agent Experience Manager, following positions as Agent Experience Manager and Product Expert. Prior to Compass, Gales worked as a Corporate Field Technician at Amazon from July 2017 to June 2018. Additional experience includes a tenure at Apple from March 2014 to July 2017 as an Expert and a role as Computing and Tablets Lead at Best Buy from January 2013 to January 2014.
