Lauren Waters is the Director of Operations for The Schlichter Team at Compass, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren served as an Executive Assistant at the same organization. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Philosophy from the University of St Andrews, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the College for Creative Studies, obtained in 2019. Additionally, Lauren pursued a Foundation Degree in Art/Art Studies at the University of the Arts London.
