Laurie Wakelam has demonstrated extensive experience in customer support, event coordination, and performance supervision across various industries. During the tenure at the Institute of Transformational Nutrition as a Customer Support Specialist, Laurie efficiently managed student inquiries and implemented a student outreach program, maintaining a 100% satisfaction rate. As a Special Events Coordinator at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, Laurie increased fundraising event participation and managed social media engagement. Additionally, Laurie has significant experience in the entertainment sector, having performed as a synchronized swimmer with Royal Caribbean International and as a Team Captain at Aqualillies, while also managing social media for various businesses. Currently, Laurie works as a Realtor at Compass, where exceptional customer service and a deep knowledge of the real estate market are prioritized.
