Leonard Steinberg

Leonard Steinberg is the Chief Evangelist at Compass, a real estate brokerage company. Prior to joining Compass, Leonard worked at Douglas Elliman Real Estate for 13 years, where they held the title of Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. Before that, they worked at The Corcoran Group for 4 years as a licensed real estate agent. Leonard has also worked as a designer at Victor Costa/Christian Dior and as president of Julie and Leonard.

Leonard Steinberg graduated from Rondebosch Boys High School. Leonard then attended Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where they earned a certification in licensed real estate broker.

Leonard Steinberg reports to Robert Reffkin, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Matt Rosenberg - Chief Revenue Officer, Priyanka Singh - Chief People Officer, and Matthew Spangler - Chief Creative Officer.
