Linda Peffer

Linda Peffer is a seasoned professional in the real estate and corporate social responsibility sectors. Currently serving as a Luxury Real Estate Broker at Compass since November 2025, Peffer previously worked as a Real Estate Broker at Windermere Real Estate from March 2020 to November 2025. Prior to her real estate career, Peffer held the position of Interim Executive Director at Families for Effective Autism Treatment (FEAT) of Washington from March 2018 to December 2019. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at SAP Concur, and Vice President/Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Nordstrom, complemented by a managerial position at Eddie Bauer. Peffer began her career in retail as a Retail Associate at Nordstrom. Educationally, Peffer earned a Bachelor's degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Washington State University between 1984 and 1988.
