Lucas Reis

Lucas Reis is currently an Engineering Manager at Compass, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Software Engineer II at Compass from 2019 to 2020 and as a Senior Front End Engineer at Zocdoc from 2017 to 2019. Lucas also held the position of Tech Team Lead at B2W Digital from 2015 to 2017, and worked as a Consultant and Analyst at Accenture between 2013 and 2014. Earlier in their career, they were a freelance musician and producer from 2001 to 2012 and pursued a master’s degree at IMPA in 2011. Lucas earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Instituto de Economia - UFRJ from 2007 to 2011.
