Marissa Nelson

Marissa Nelson is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Beginning an internship at MKG Productions in 2007, Marissa has since served in key positions at notable companies including L'Oreal as Assistant Marketing Manager for Matrix, and Supergoop! as Senior Manager of Retail Marketing. Marissa held significant roles at ELEMIS, progressing to US Omnichannel Marketing Director, and Laura Geller Beauty, where the title of Director of Marketing was achieved. Marissa has been with Compass since November 2021, initially as Head of Brand for The Hudson Advisory Team and currently serving as Chief Operating Officer. Marissa holds a BA in International Relations and Business Administration from Boston University.
