Mark Marquez, CIPS, is a Broker Associate and Founding Partner at Compass, specializing in luxury residential and new construction properties. They previously held the position of Broker Associate and Managing Partner at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, where they built a successful branch and closed over 350 units annually. Mark served as a Vice President at Weichert, REALTORS - Elite, managing offices across two states, and began their career as a top-producing Realtor at Century 21. They were also a Director with the California Association of Realtors and a past president of the San Diego Association of Realtors. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University.
