Previously, Matt founded Keller Williams Success Realty and owned Invest For Success Realty, focusing on real estate investment, redevelopment, and providing customized solutions for homeowners. Matt also held the position of Associate Director of Accounting at Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights, managing budgeting and financial performance. Matt holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
