Matt Jones is a Senior Agent Experience Manager at Compass with extensive experience in the renewables and environment industry. Previously, they served as the Director of Global Operations, managing teams in both San Francisco and Shanghai. Matt began their career as an intern at the US Environmental Protection Agency before moving on to roles as a Market Research Analyst and Logistics Supervisor at The Green Bag Company. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed a Data Science certificate at General Assembly.
