Matthew Firestone

Matthew Firestone is a Junior Real Estate Agent at Compass, where they represent buyers and sellers throughout the New Jersey markets, focusing on strategic pricing, marketing, and negotiation. Currently pursuing a BA in Psychology with a minor in Marketing at Drew University, Matthew combines their creative vision and hands-on experience in business management and marketing to deliver effective client service in real estate. Previously, they co-owned MFSL Designs, a sustainable fashion brand showcased at New York Fashion Week, and worked as a stylist at Banana Republic, honing their skills in brand development and customer service. Additionally, Matthew has completed programs at the New York Film Academy and NYU, enhancing their creative direction and public speaking abilities.
