Michael Major

Michael Major is a seasoned professional in equity compensation with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Lead at Compass since November 2021, Michael previously held the role of Lead in the same department. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Kilroy Realty Corporation from August 2019 to July 2021, and as a Compensation Analyst at Textron from June 2018 to July 2019. Michael's career also features positions such as Project Analyst at Shepherd, Finkelman, Miller & Shah, LLP, and various research roles at Cornell University, including Research Assistant and Research Fellow at the ILR School.
