Michelle Heafey

Michelle Heafey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, sales operations, real estate, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Sales Operations at Compass since March 2025, Michelle previously worked as a Real Estate Agent at The Grubb Company from March 2019 to March 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Ken Mizono, DDS from 2010 to 2019, and Territory Manager positions at BioHorizons and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2008. Michelle also has experience in sales as an Account Executive at Excite@Home and served as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy from 1993 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from California State University - East Bay.
