Michelle Jacob

Michelle Jacob is the Director of Operations at Compass, where they currently leverage their skills in customer service and digital communication. Previously, they worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and served as a beach lifeguard for the City of Encinitas. Their educational background includes a Media Studies degree focused on Digital Communication from San Diego State University, where they also interned as a student athlete for the Executive Assistant Athletic Director. Michelle has a strong foundation in community and social services, complemented by experience in various administrative roles.
