Minette Schwartz Cramer

Minette Schwartz Cramer is a Co-Founder of The Schwartz Team and currently serves as the Senior Director of Luxury Sales at Compass, where they manage over $500 million in sales volume. Prior to this, they were a Luxury Real Estate Agent at ONE Sotheby's International Realty, earning the Top Producer Award from 2014 to 2019. Minette holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University, with additional studies at University College London. They continue to advance their education through an MBA term abroad at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
