Mitch Deshotels

Mitch Deshotels is an accomplished sales manager at Compass since March 2025, bringing extensive experience in business ownership and real estate. Previously, Mitch owned Networks Ahead LLC, a software consulting firm focusing on corporate security, where expertise included vulnerability assessments and relationship management with software distributors. From August 2004 to March 2025, Mitch served as a broker associate at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, demonstrating proficiency in client communication, contract negotiation, and project management. Earlier experience includes a role as an account manager at McAfee, where Mitch excelled in digital advertising sales and corporate account management, achieving over 100% of sales quota and receiving the President's Club Award in 1998. Mitch is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
