Monique Young

Monique Young is a seasoned Real Estate Broker with an extensive career spanning over three decades, currently holding a position at Compass while also serving as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at Diablo Valley Community College. They have earned various certifications, including Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Distressed Property Specialist, and have actively contributed to the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS® as a Tribunal Chair and Ethics Advocate since 2000. Monique previously worked as a Broker Associate at Alain Pinel Realtors and Prudential California Realty, focusing on residential real estate in Contra Costa and Alameda counties. They also spent five years as a Professor of English as a Second Language at Tokyo Foreign Language College. Monique holds a BA with honors in Spanish and a Master's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
