Nathan Stadler

Nathan Stadler is an Associate Partner at Smith & Berg Partners within Compass, where they have been part of the top-producing team since October 2016. A lifetime Angeleno, Nathan transitioned from a successful career as a Creative Executive in the film industry, collaborating with notable artists, to specializing in residential real estate. Educated at the University of Southern California, Nathan graduated from the Marshall School of Business in 2008 and now leverages their extensive knowledge of Los Angeles real estate, focusing on modern architecturals and new construction. With a passion for sports and music, Nathan continues to engage in tennis, golf, and is learning to play the piano and ukulele.
