Patrick Lafferty

Patrick Lafferty has extensive experience in sales and real estate. Beginning as a Sales Associate at Dunbar Armored from July 2003 to November 2004, Patrick sold accounts for armored car services in South Florida before co-founding Aslan Studios, Inc. in March 2002, which specialized in media services including web and graphic design and photography until October 2008. In January 2009, Patrick became the Owner of Modern Living Group, which focuses on modern real estate in Palm Beach County, and has been actively involved in selling properties through Compass since December 2018 as a Founding Agent/Broker Associate. Patrick attended Palm Beach Community College from 2001 to 2003, earning an Associate's degree, and briefly studied Entrepreneurship/Organizational Management at Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2004-2005.
