Rachael Burt

Rachael Burt is a REALTOR® at Compass and principal member of True North Realty Group, where they focus on delivering a results-driven, client-centered real estate experience. With over a decade of real estate expertise and 20 years in the nonprofit sector, Rachael specializes in fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional service, with more than 97% of business coming from client referrals. Previously, Rachael held several leadership positions at Butler University, including Associate Vice President of Advancement, where they oversaw strategic initiatives and fundraising efforts. Rachael is currently pursuing an MBA at Butler University while having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Evansville.
