Rachel Demeter is the Agent/Owner of The Winfield Group at Compass, where they leverage their 13 years of real estate experience in the rapidly growing Charlotte market. Previously, they worked as an Account Director at paper blossom marketing and held various positions with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Alzheimer's Association. Rachel's background in digital marketing enhances their innovative approach to real estate transactions. Additionally, they are actively involved in community initiatives, including serving on the board of Rebuilding Together of Greater Charlotte and volunteering with the Urban Ministry Center. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing from Ball State University.
