Rasheedah Hancock

Rasheedah Hancock began their career in the real estate industry in 2005 at Century 21 Sussex and Reilly, where they managed escrow accounts and paperwork. In 2009, Rasheedah transitioned to CONLON: A Real Estate Company, overseeing the closing department before becoming the Director of Accounting and Administration, managing multiple office teams across Chicago. Currently, Rasheedah is the Director of Transaction Operations at Compass, focusing on strategic operations and fostering a growth-oriented employee culture. They attended Truman State University, pursuing a degree in Psychology, which complemented their adaptability and organizational skills.
