Rhonda Basler

Rhonda Basler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Operations & Agent Experience for Compass in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Nashville since August 2021, Basler previously held leadership roles at Hallmark Business Connections, including Strategic Business Lead & Marketing Director. Additionally, Basler has been involved with the Business Marketing Association of Kansas City, recently returning to the Board of Directors after previously serving as Past President. Career highlights include the position of VP Marketing at Mail Print Inc. and various marketing roles at H&R Block and Dot Foods. Basler holds a B.S. in Finance from Quincy University, is pursuing studies in Design Thinking & Innovation at Missouri State University, and has completed a Mini-MBA at the University of St. Thomas.
