Rick Hanley is an accomplished and motivated real estate professional and director of facility services with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Rick serves as the Head of Facilities at Compass, overseeing operations for a workspace supporting more than 150 real estate agents. Earlier roles included managing luxury rental units at AR Walker New York and excelling as a licensed real estate salesperson, recognized as a five-time member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. Rick also founded and scaled multiple luxury retail brands, achieving significant revenue growth and industry recognition for exceptional customer experiences. Rick is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Art History at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
