Roujean Sabouri

Roujean Sabouri currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Compass, starting in May 2024, while also owning Sabouri Interiors since February 2024 as a certified interior decorator. Previously, Roujean held various roles at Hone from November 2020 to May 2024, culminating as Sr. Manager of Customer Success, and worked for Compass in customer experience roles from August 2017 to November 2020. Prior experience includes being Education Manager at Sotheby's International Realty (August 2013 - August 2017), Marketing Coordinator at Tamar Mashigian PR and Marketing (July 2012 - July 2013), Assistant Account Manager at Modern Luxury (July 2011 - July 2012), and Editorial Intern at Nordstrom (July 2009 - July 2010). Roujean earned a degree from UCLA.
