Ruth Harle

Ruth Harle is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as an Associate Managing Broker at Compass since June 2018, Ruth is the founding broker for Compass Washington. Previously, from November 1992 to May 2018, Ruth held the position of Associate Managing Broker at Windermere Real Estate, where involvement included Luxury Portfolio International membership and expertise in waterfront, equestrian, and estate properties. Ruth possesses numerous certifications, including Certified Negotiations Expert, Certified Relocation Specialist, and Accredited Staging Professional™, as well as the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation. Prior to Windermere, Ruth was a broker at The Heller Company from January 1988 to November 1992. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Design and Horticulture from Bellevue College and completion of the Real Estate Institute.
