Ryan Blakemore

Ryan Blakemore currently serves as the National Director of Strategic Partnerships at Compass, where a range of roles including Director of Strategic Growth and Senior Manager of Strategic Growth have been undertaken since February 2018. Compass aims to redefine the real estate experience through a blend of top talent and innovative technology. Prior to Compass, Ryan held positions at Hired, Inc. from June 2014 to February 2018, including Global Account Executive and New Markets Manager, contributing to the company's mission of providing opportunities rather than just jobs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Communication Strategist at Radix Collective and an Account Executive at BetterWorks, a notable startup that focused on enhancing employee engagement.
