Ryan J. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of National Operations at Compass since October 2020, Ryan oversees central business operations, including marketing, customer onboarding, and retail operations for approximately 500 locations. Prior to this role, Ryan held key positions at Airbnb from May 2017 to October 2020, leading operations for the East Region and managing B2B customer accounts for Airbnb Luxe. Ryan also gained valuable experience at The Boston Consulting Group from 2015 to 2017, focusing on growth strategies for technology and consumer goods clients, and previously served as an Economic Policy Advisor and Legislative Aide in the United States Senate from 2009 to 2013. Ryan holds an MBA from The Wharton School, graduating in May 2015.
